I've been visiting Colaz for some time now, first in Southall for laser treatments and now in Hounslow for both laser and facials. The team here is super professional and friendly, especially Renu, Raman, and Hind. They really take the time to explain what they'll be doing and go over the aftercare, which I appreciate. The place is kept spotless, and the reception staff are quite helpful as well. One thing I learned is that I used to shave before my laser sessions, and the results weren't great. After chatting with the Manager, she advised me to skip shaving, and wow, the results improved a lot! Sadly, that was my last session, but I’d definitely recommend this spot for its excellent service.

My experience with Colaz in Southall was not great. I purchased a laser and a dermapen facial treatment. From the very first session, things went awry. The lady who handled my treatment didn’t apply any face cream, and it caused me a lot of pain in my face and eyes. After that, I lodged a complaint and received a call from Southall saying they would arrange a different treatment for me. Now, I’ve been waiting five months for a new appointment. I’ve already paid but haven’t received any treatment. It’s really disappointing. Colaz seems to care more about the money than the customers.

I scheduled an appointment at Hounslow Colaz on short notice and was able to get a consultation the very next day. The woman did a fantastic job of breaking down the entire laser hair removal treatment process. Plus, I snagged an awesome deal👍🏼 now I'm super excited for my upcoming appointment!

I've been visiting Colaz in Slough for about two years now. It's always a joy to come to this location. I've had deep cleanse facials and microdermabrasion treatments done here. The team is highly skilled and truly the best at what they do. I've completed two rounds of microdermabrasion, and this is my second round of deep cleanse facials. Personally, I find these treatments work best for me since they end up being more affordable, but you do need to pay upfront. I've suggested these packages to quite a few folks, including my husband. Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming. They always ensure you feel at ease and do their utmost to make your visit relaxing and unforgettable. They're really accommodating and flexible if something urgent comes up, but just a heads up, you should let them know 48 hours in advance if you can't make it to your appointment.
